Born in Zimbabwe on the 2nd of August 1984. As both parents were teachers Mkhululi developed the love of telling stories through writing though his father was against it since he thought it would distract him from the school work. At the age of 13, Mkhululi wrote his first essay ‘The Narrow Escape’ which caused the teacher to ask him to write a copy of it so he could stick it to the wall at the back of the classroom leading to his recognition by another literature teacher three years after and was asked to read his essay to the whole class. The teachers’ remarks strengthened his love for story telling through filming. He has created and wrote a number of stories including his first short film ‘The Winner Takes It All’ which has repeated three times on SABC 1. He has worked with different upcoming productions as a Writer, Director, Assistant Director, Script Supervisor, Actor and a Stunt man. His love for filming, propels him to go the extremes without complaining. He can work under any circumstance and has proven many times that he is flexible to the drastic changes. He is obedient, respectful and eager to learn more with great ability to listen. There is nothing that excites Mkhululi other than film making, if not on set Mkhululi is always researching on how the prominent writers, directors and actors made it to be where they are.My skills are writing, Directing, Hand to hand combat, Gun handling, Falling safely, Fight Reactions and Stunt performing. For Action Films, Mkhululi Sithole is the man you can count on…
